Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Toss chickpeas, yellow and red peppers, red onion, and zucchini in a bowl.
