- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the bananas for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the streusel topping by mixing rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract together until a crumble forms. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup, avocado oil, vanilla extract, eggs, roasted bananas, yogurt, and almond milk with an electric mixer.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and top it with the streusel mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Check for doneness by ensuring the middle is mostly baked.
- While cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Let the cake cool for 15 minutes before drizzling with the glaze.
