- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
Instructions
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Use a fork to poke holes in the chicken. Place the chicken in a dish or a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is fully covered. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush with oil to keep the chicken from sticking.
- Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, adjusting cooking time according to thickness until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ËšF.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
