- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 glass pan, then set it aside.
- Shred the zucchini until you have 2 cups and set it aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Set this mixture aside.
- In another bowl, blend the canola oil, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Gradually add in the dry mixture and stir well. Gently fold in the shredded zucchini.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the brownies spring back when touched.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- For frosting, combine cocoa, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix in milk and vanilla, then spread over the cooled brownies.
