Description

These blueberry pie bars are a delightful treat packed with fresh blueberries, rolled oats, and a buttery crust. They are simple to prepare and perfect for dessert lovers looking for an easy homemade option!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, allowing for a 1-inch overhang.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in the melted butter and vanilla and stir until combined.
