- 4 tbsp Butter (divided)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chili Crisp (or 1 tsp dried chili flakes)
- 1 head Sweetheart Cabbage (quartered)
- 4 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Chopped Hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Quarter the sweetheart cabbage and trim the base.
- Mix 3 tbsp melted butter with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and chili crisp.
- Brush the mixture generously over the cabbage wedges.
- Roast on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20-35 minutes, until golden.
- In a pan, melt remaining butter, add Panko and 1/4 tsp garlic powder; toast until golden brown.
- Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs and chopped hazelnuts on roasted cabbage before serving.
Notes
Store cooled wedges in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
For longer storage, freeze the wedges for up to 3 months.
Reheat in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 10-15 minutes.
