Description

Savor the warmth of Chilli Garlic Butter Roasted Cabbage Wedges! With simple ingredients, this dish is flavorful and perfect for family meals or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Butter (divided)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chili Crisp (or 1 tsp dried chili flakes)
  • 1 head Sweetheart Cabbage (quartered)
  • 4 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Hazelnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Quarter the sweetheart cabbage and trim the base.
  • Mix 3 tbsp melted butter with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and chili crisp.
  • Brush the mixture generously over the cabbage wedges.
  • Roast on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20-35 minutes, until golden.
  • In a pan, melt remaining butter, add Panko and 1/4 tsp garlic powder; toast until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle toasted breadcrumbs and chopped hazelnuts on roasted cabbage before serving.

Notes

Store cooled wedges in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
For longer storage, freeze the wedges for up to 3 months.
Reheat in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 10-15 minutes.
