  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen banana slices
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. For the strawberry flavor, add 3 cups frozen strawberries, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. For the banana flavor, add 3 cups frozen banana slices, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Blend until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
