Description

Enjoy the tropics with our Dole Whip three ways! This easy recipe combines frozen pineapple, creamy vanilla ice cream, and tangy pineapple juice for a refreshing dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth in no time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. For a swirl effect, transfer the blended mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip, and pipe into a glass.
  3. To create a Dole Whip Float, fill a tall glass with the blended mixture, add 2 ounces of pineapple juice on top, and garnish with a cherry.
  4. To prepare a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Serve with a cherry on top.

Notes

Fresh pineapple juice can enhance flavor, but store-bought works well too.
For a dairy-free option, substitute vanilla ice cream with coconut or almond milk ice cream.
