Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to about ½ to ¾ inch thickness or slice large breasts in half horizontally.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place flour in a shallow bowl. Dredge the chicken lightly, shaking off excess.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
