This Garlic Steak Bites and Potatoes dish combines juicy steak and crispy potatoes, all infused with buttery garlic flavors. Perfect for quick dinners or special occasions!

- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5–6 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook baby potatoes until golden brown and fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Set aside.
- Season sirloin steak cubes and sear in the same skillet with olive oil and butter for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Toss in crispy potatoes to combine flavors.
- Cook together for 1-2 minutes, garnish with parsley, serve hot.
Notes
Allow steak to come to room temperature before cooking for even searing.
Don’t overcrowd the skillet for the best caramelization of the steak.
Feel free to add greens for extra nutrients at the end.
