Description

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings party style
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl or resealable gallon-sized bag.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Pour marinade over the wings and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
  5. Place chicken wings on the grill, cooking for 10 minutes per side and turning occasionally to prevent burning.
  6. Remove wings from the grill, garnish with additional parsley, and serve.

Notes

Marinating the wings for longer enhances the flavor.
For extra char, cook over higher heat for the last few minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
