- ¾ cup Valentine’s nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a sugared surface, sprinkling sugar on top.
- Score a line down the center, then fold the dough in thirds to create a heart shape.
- Chill the folded dough in plastic wrap for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the dough into ½ inch pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring intermittently.
- Cool down the baked palmiers, dip in melted chocolate, and sprinkle nonpareils on top.
