Description

  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (juice reserved)
  • 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
  • 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream, plus more for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin and 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip into the thickened gelatin.
  4. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and top with whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
  6. Refrigerate for about 4 hours to let it set or freeze for 2 hours for a frozen treat.
