Description

Delight in the festive flavors of Peppermint Espresso Martinis, featuring creamy half & half, rich espresso, and a cool peppermint twist—perfect for holiday gatherings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 3 oz fresh brewed espresso
  • 2 oz half & half
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 oz chocolate syrup
  • 2 candy canes, crushed
  • 6 espresso beans

Instructions

  • Prepare the glasses by coating rims with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, Kahlua, espresso, half & half, and peppermint extract.
  • Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 60 seconds until chilled.
  • Pour the mixture into prepared martini glasses and garnish with three espresso beans.

Notes

Shake with plenty of ice to prevent dilution.
Use freshly brewed espresso for best flavor.
For creamier texture, let half & half reach room temperature before mixing.
