Description

Treat yourself to these vibrant Red White and Blue Cheesecake Bars! With a creamy cheesecake filling, rich Oreo crust, and a delightful swirl of colors, they make an eye-catching dessert for any gathering or celebration. Simple to create, these bars are a must-try for dessert lovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 38 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • red & blue gel food colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a 9×13 pan with foil.
  2. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies (cream included) until they turn into crumbs.
  3. Mix the crumbs with melted butter, then press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool after baking.
  4. On the bottom rack of the oven, place a large baking sheet filled halfway with water and let the oven preheat again.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour; mix again until combined.
  6. Add eggs and mix gently until just incorporated.
  7. Divide the cheesecake batter into three bowls; tint two bowls with gel food coloring (red and blue).
  8. Spoon the colored mixtures over the crust, alternating colors, then swirl gently with a knife to create a pattern without over-mixing.
  9. Place the pan on the rack above the water pan; bake for 45-50 minutes. Once done, remove it and place it on a wire rack.
  10. Allow to cool on the counter for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours before cutting into squares and serving with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to help it set properly.
Use high-quality cream cheese for the best flavor and texture.
For added color, use more layers when swirling the batter.
