Ingredients

  • ¾1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½–1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add almond milk, protein powder, medjool date, almond butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ice into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more dates or salt, blending again briefly.
  • Pour into a tall glass, garnish with sea salt, and serve immediately.
