  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon (high-quality)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Season the steaks on both sides with salt and black pepper and let them sit for 10 minutes.
